All participants are required to register at the full or student rate.

The registration includes:

• Access to the technical sessions
• Workshop proceedings and material
• Four coffee breaks, two lunches, social event and dinner on February 26

Additional social event tickets can be purchased.

The registration will be open until February 16, 2018. It is kindly recommended to register as soon as possible to ease the organization of the social events which are included with the goal of offering a pleasant and warm experience in Klagenfurt.

Registration Fees

• Full and speaker registration:                200 €
• Student registration:                                  100 €
• Additional ticket for the social event:  60 €

All refund/cancellation requests must be provided in writing and received by February 1st, 2018. No other refund will be given after this date.

Student registration requires proof of student status to be sent via email to wsgt2018@aau.at

Registration Steps

• Follow this link to the registration page.
• Fill in the form with all the mandatory data.
• Select the proper registration category (Full or Student). IMPORTANT: each speaker/presenter must pay the full registration. Each speaker presentation will be included in the workshop proceedings.
• If needed, additional social dinner tickets can be purchased (Optional).
• In the payment page, you can select between two possibilities: Credit Card or Money Transfer. This last option is available only for those who have an Austrian bank account.

You will receive a confirmation email at the end of the registration procedure and also at the end of the payment session.
